TVB皇牌節目《東張西望》主持梁麗翹(Nicole)2017年與圈外金融才俊Nic結婚,翌年誕下一女Nanette。
去年,梁麗翹宣布懷有第二胎,下月即將卸貨,再次榮升為人母。日前她舉行揭開BB性別派對,由於疫情嚴峻只能以視像形式跟好友會面。

Nicole還以一套淺藍色西裝宣布佗男B,成功湊成一個「好」字。懷孕期間依然Fit爆,面尖尖未見孕婦水腫,她更以真空上陣晒肚皮,拍攝一輯型格又唯美的大肚孕照。

【孕婦打針】懷孕8個月打第三針復必泰 梁麗翹:保護自己保護BB
體重高峰160磅
其實Nicole佗第一胎愛女Nanette時,曾因產後的肥胖身形令心情大受困擾,懷孕期間體重高達170磅,產後跌到160磅。
當時仍要主持節目的她,經常面臨各方面評擊,受盡歧視的她坦言心感難受。她說:「返工好似每日都好冇自信心,而且大家都覺得我好似好肥,而又有一啲負面嘅評語,會叫我不如休息吓先,叫我瘦番先返工啦,又會話咁樣都係為你好,你喺鏡頭面前咁肥,咁樣只會害咗你自己。其實當時嗰個身形,係令到我有好多好多負面情緒。」
兩種生酮飲食法
即使她不斷嘗試多種節食法兼狂做運動,依然徒勞無功。最後靠「Lazy」及「Dirty」生酮飲食療法,經過7個月時間成功回落至120磅,Nicole坦言終於找到希望。
她在個人YouTube頻道拍片分享瘦身心得,指真正的生酮飲食若需嚴格執行,調味料中的糖份、醬料有多少糖及碳水化合物等都需要計算好。

何謂「Lazy」和「Dirty」?
「Lazy」生酮飲食不需要計吸收多少卡路里,只需要減少吸收碳水化合物和糖的攝取量,減少吃甜品和大部份水果、戒酒,基本上對減脂十分有幫助。
而「Dirty」是指仍可去吃快餐店,不過就要將致肥食物加加減減,例如吃漢堡包要走包只吃肉;越南粉就外賣回家再轉以芋絲代替河粉,不用節食也能吃到想吃的食物。
除了生酮飲食,Nicole嘗試無數各種減肥法,其中168斷食和以上兩種生酮方法,不用運動及節食均能成功在6-8星期減去15磅,7個月內更沒有反彈。
